Flat, by two people, and what happens after.

Yes. Every price on the site includes two-person delivery to the room of your choice in mainland Great Britain, unwrapped and placed, with the packaging taken away. We are starting in the North West and Yorkshire and adding national routes as we grow; if your postcode is outside our current area the checkout will say so before you pay.

Sleep on it for at least 30 nights, because a new mattress takes that long to settle and so do you. If the feel is wrong, tell us. If it is too firm, we send The Soft Top topper first, which fixes most cases. If it is still wrong, we swap it for another chapter in one visit: the team collects the first and delivers the second. One swap per order. Returned mattresses go to charity or recycling and are never resold.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you can cancel a distance order within 14 days of delivery for any reason. We collect it for £49, which is deducted from the refund, and we will deduct for any damage or use beyond what you would need to try it in a shop. Split-tension and non-standard sizes are made to your specification and are exempt from the 14-day right, which we make clear before you order. Faulty goods are covered separately under the Consumer Rights Act and by our guarantee.

The build: springs, foams, fillings and stitching. If the surface develops a visible dip of more than 2.5 cm that is not caused by an unsuitable base, or a spring fails, we repair or replace. It does not cover normal softening of the comfort layers, stains, damage, or a mattress used on a base with slats more than 7 cm apart. Keep your order number; the build date is on the label.

Yes, on the same visit, for £30. It goes to a recycling partner who strips the steel and the foam. Tell us at checkout so the team brings a bag.

Not at the moment. Every mattress is delivered flat by our own two-person team or a two-person courier, because that is the whole point of making it this way.
